What do you do with your spare seconds of each day? Are you a busy thinker, with each quiet moment, especially the blissful moments where the air can be heard, do you hurry to begin thinking about tomorrow, thinking about yesterday, thinking about the future, thinking about the past, do your thoughts rush in like a freight train. When this happens I record a voice memo, write my thoughts, write an email, or now in 2025, I write to you in this blog. Cheers.

Begin: I often think about "when", this journal prompt helps me begin a plan. Here are a few ideas

When will I begin

When will I restart when I fail to begin

When will I finish

When will I attempt again when I fail the first time

When will I decide another/the next move

When will it be too late

When will it be too soon

When will I reflect on my progress

When will I share about my experience

When will I celebrate

When will I plan to plan again.

Here is my entry from Quarter One 2025:
